While this is not specifically a wine related post, I have enjoyed this video so much and there is a great lesson here about employee engagement.

I recently received a recommendation by a colleague to view this video.  It is a great little film that has been receiving high praise and winning awards. The video is titled  “Validation” and is a fable about the magic of free parking.  Written, directed and composed by Kurt Kuenne, it stars T.J. Thyne and Vicki Davis.  It has been shown at the Tribeca Film Festival and is the winner for Best Narrative Short, Cleveland Int’l Film Festival.  If you are like me it will give you pause to think about yourself, customer interactions we all experience and how they effect us.  Enjoy the film, as I’m sure you will have a smile on your face as the story ends.
